As an Account Manager, you are the extension of Innova’s clients’ teams and work hand in hand on their marketing, R&D and sales strategies. You maintain the relationship with users and key decision makers through frequent communication and grow the account through creating awareness of Innova’s capabilities. The goal is to not only keep our clients, but also to build and strengthen the relationship with them to a strategic level.

Job requirements

Your responsibilities

  • Your primary goal is to identify clients’ needs, look for strategic opportunities and build long term business relationships
  • In this role you will build meaningful relationships with our clients by speaking to key decision-makers about their insights needs and business challenges.
  • You will collaborate closely with Sales, Support, Analysis and Tech teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and solutions to existing clients.
  • You will communicate client feedback effectively so that we can all work together towards building the relationship
  • You are responsible to professionally represent the company and brand in Asian-Pacific Market, attending trade shows and conferences to meet clients and enhance loyalty and strong relationships.
  • In this role you will be engaged with clients digitally and onsite, train them to retrieve insights independently, create and present data-driven reports on FMCG trends in Indonesia, SEA and Asia and document all customer activities in our CRM database.

Your qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Studies, Food science, Marketing or equivalent degree.
  • Proven track record with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in SAAS account management or similar role, managing multiple accounts effectively, while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry is a plus.
  • Proactive self-starter, performance driven, commercial mindset.

  • Native Asian-Pacific speaking and writing skills as well as fluency in English are a must.
