About the Job
The Commercial Manager is responsible for business development in the Korean market.This position requires a commercially strong leader who can both drive immediate revenue growth and build long-term market presence. Ensure clients have the best insights with the benefit of cutting-edge Ai at all times. You will oversee sales development, client relationships, while aligning closely with global leadership.

Your Responsibilities
Strategic Market Ownership
· Bring the best solutions to Korean clients, aligned with their goals and ambitions
· Identify expansion opportunities across sectors and client segments
· Drive long-term positioning and competitive advantage in the Korean market
Sales & Business Development
· Build and manage a strong and healthy sales pipeline
· Achieve and exceed budgeted sales targets
· Generate new revenue through strategic account acquisition
· Maintain and grow relationships with key industry stakeholders
Leadership & Coordination
· Collaborate closely with international teams to deliver maximum client value
· Ensure clients receive outstanding service and cutting-edge insights
· Monitor performance and continuously implement improvements
· Support strong marketing and communication initiatives within the region
Market Representation
· Represent Innova at trade shows and conferences
· Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
· Strengthen Innova’s visibility and reputation in Korea
Job Requirements
Experience
· 8–10+ years of senior commercial experience in Korea
· Strong B2B sales background with a proven track record
· Experience within FMCG, food & beverage, market research, SaaS, data, or consulting
· Demonstrated ability to scale revenue and grow market presence
Skills
· Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
· Strong negotiation and closing skills
· High level of ownership and accountability
· Fluent Korean and English
