Your responsibilities
Analytical:
· Conducting thorough analyses using our database to extract valuable insights and market overviews for our customers.
· Effectively communicate findings and insights, transforming them into high quality presentations in accordance with corporate guidelines.
Client-facing responsibilities: Contribute to company growth through:
· Join calls with clients to better understand their business challenges and needs, providing them with data-driven recommendations based on their support subscription package
· Work closely with sales and account managers to strengthen client relationships and drive new opportunities
Organizational responsibilities:
Coordinate and align with the internal Customer Success Team to manage workload
Stay updated with the latest features and functionalities of our platform to provide accurate and timely support to clients.
Recognize and escalate complex issues to senior support members or other departments as necessary to ensure clients' needs are met effectively.
Collaborate with marketing team to create and share content for tradeshows and public events.
Skills required:
Ability to easily connect with people and understand their point of view
Great team-work skills
Proactive self-starter, performance driven, commercial mindset
Knowledge of business English (both written and verbal)
Ability to visualize data (using ppt)
Your qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Food Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably within SAAS or the food industry.
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp new software tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Knowledge of the FMCG industry is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize tasks
