The Data Analysis Specialist will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive marketing performance, sales effectiveness, and customer retention.
You will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and visualizing data from multiple systems (CRM, analytics, subscription tools) to support strategic decision-making and process optimization.

Job requirements

Your responsibilities

  • Marketing & Sales Analytics

    • Track and evaluate lead generation performance across all marketing channels (organic, paid, social, webinars).

    • Monitor and improve lead conversion rates through the funnel (Lead → MQL → SQL → Customer).

    • Measure marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness, providing clear recommendations for improvement.

  • Product & Customer Analytics

    • Analyze user engagement and product usage patterns to identify churn risks and retention opportunities.

    • Develop dashboards showing customer lifetime value (LTV), churn, CAC, and other SaaS KPIs.

    • Provide actionable insights for product and customer success teams to enhance user experience and satisfaction.

  • Reporting & Data Visualization

    • Create interactive dashboards in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.

    • Automate recurring reports for marketing and leadership teams.

    • Maintain consistency and accuracy across all data sources and metrics.

  • Data Management

    • Integrate and clean data from CRM, analytics tools, and subscription platforms.

    • Ensure high data quality and integrity across all reporting systems.

    • Support development of data infrastructure for advanced analytics and forecasting.

Your qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a SaaS or digital marketing environment.

  • Strong command of SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio).

  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).

  • Understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn).

  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics 4, BigQuery, or similar data platforms.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

Nice to have

• Basic Python or R skills for automation and advanced analysis.

• Experience with predictive modeling or customer segmentation.

• Understanding of marketing attribution models.
