As the first point of contact, you're the go-to person for keeping our office running smoothly. From managing day-to-day tasks like security and maintenance to coordinating with different departments, you play a crucial role in ensuring everyone has what they need to do their jobs well. Job requirements

Your Responsibilities:

The Executive Assistant contributes to the overall operations of the office making by taking care of the people, the office and the building. Tasks are varied, but include:
1.Office Security and Maintenance:

  • Ensure office security by locking up and managing cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with cleaners and maintenance personnel.

2. Administrative Support:

  • Handle calls, office supplies, and errands.
  • Handle mail and package deliveries.
  • General admin tasks

3. IT and Building Management:

  • Liaise between employees and IT.
  • Manage IT equipment and building supplies.
  • Be the main contact for deliveries and ensure a smooth experience.

4. Communication and Organization:

  • Book travel and maintain office contacts.
  • Track purchases and plan office events.

5. HR Administration:

  • Keep the HR system updated with employee records, including personal information, job titles, and compensation details and assist with various HR administrative tasks.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entries.

Your qualifications: 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • A positive and helpful attitude.
  • Good knowledge of English; Dutch is a plus.
