As the Head of the Account Management for our Global Account Management team, you'll play a pivotal role in leading a dynamic team towards achieving exceptional outcomes in client relationship management and account performance. This position is designed for a visionary leader with a passion for driving growth, nurturing strategic client partnerships, and enhancing team capabilities through continuous development and performance excellence.
This role is ideal for a leader with a proven track record in SaaS or service company account management, demonstrating significant achievements in client relationship building and team leadership.

Job requirements

Your responsibilities:
• Leadership and Team Development: Lead and inspire a team of account managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration to exceed targets and drive continuous improvement.

• Strategic Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring our products align with their needs to drive mutual success.

• Performance Optimization: Analyze team performance, identify improvement areas, and implement action plans to enhance productivity and results.

• Client Satisfaction and Retention: Ensure exceptional service delivery to maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates, anticipating and addressing client needs effectively.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Tech, and Analysis teams to deliver a cohesive client management approach that aligns with overall objectives.

• Training and Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training for new account managers to equip them with the necessary skills for success.

• Feedback Integration: Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams, facilitating product enhancements and improvements.

• Reporting and Insights: Provide senior management with regular updates on account health, growth opportunities, and challenges, offering strategic insights and recommendations

Your Qualifications

  • Proven track record with a minimum of 6 years of work experience in a commercial and service-oriented environment, preferably (but not necessarily) in FMCG space
  • Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, showcasing the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success.
  • Commitment to service excellence and building trusting, long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a reliable, structured, and independent working style
  • Excellent English language skills: fluency in another language is highly appreciated.
