What you will learn?

As a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will embark on a comprehensive learning journey across various key digital marketing areas:

• Campaign Management: Gain experience assisting in the development and management of digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and more.
• SEO Strategy Development: Learn to develop and implement effective SEO strategies that enhance organic search rankings through keyword research, backlink strategies, and on-page optimizations.
• Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to ensure all website content is optimized for both search engines and user engagement.
• Website Management: Support the team in daily website operations, including updates, design modifications, and functionality enhancements.
• Analytics and Reporting: Help monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity and contribute to the analysis that helps steer our digital strategies.
• Creative Coordination: Assist in coordinating with creative teams to develop marketing materials that resonate with our target audiences.
• Market Research: Participate in market research to understand trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences.
• Optimization: Support continuous testing and optimization of ads and targeting to boost campaign results and ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team of senior digital specialists, content creators, and marketing analysts.
