We are looking for someone to join our Engagement team as a Key Account Manager. 

About the Job

As a Key Account Manager at Innova Market Insights, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding relationships with our most strategic clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with marketing, R&D, and sales teams to support their innovation strategies. Your mission is to drive client engagement, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize business growth through tailored solutions and proactive account management.

By fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers, you will create awareness of Innova’s capabilities and work to elevate partnerships to a strategic level. Your ability to understand client needs and demonstrate value will be instrumental in driving long-term success and retention.

Job requirements

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction. Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
  • Client Growth & Engagement: Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts by introducing new insights, services, and solutions tailored to their needs.
  • ROI Demonstration: Deliver compelling business cases, demonstrating the value of Innova’s intelligence and market insights. Provide ongoing training to empower clients to maximize their use of our platform.
  • Proactive Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, research, and product development, to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
  • Industry Representation: Represent Innova professionally at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen relationships and brand visibility.
  • Sales & Forecasting: Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets. Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to sales leadership.

Your Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in key account management, B2B sales, or customer success.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic client relationships.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in English(written and verbal), Dutch is a plus. 
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, results-driven, and consultative sales mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an international, multi-cultural environment
