As a Digital Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and tracking of our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing automation platforms and digital marketing strategies who can nurture leads, convert customers, and contribute to the overall growth of our company. The role is an office-based position performed at our headquarters in Arnhem.

Your Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage marketing automation strategies using tools such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, etc.
• Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to segmented lists.
• Develop workflows for lead generation, scoring, nurturing, and management.
• Collaborate with content creators to design email templates and landing pages.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and generate reports on marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Manage the marketing automation software, including updates, user training, and support.
• Ensure marketing automation practices comply with privacy laws and regulations.

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience with marketing automation software such as HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology and CRM software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Skills required:

• Certifications in marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
• Prior experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and email
