In this role, you will:
Support HR and finance processes.
Coordinate project administration and internal workflows .
Act as point of contact for external parties ๐.
Assist with compliance, legal, or regulatory matters .
Welcome and onboard new colleagues ๐.
๐ This is a full-time, office-based role located at our headquarters in Arnhem, Netherlands. Only candidates who are able to work onsite in Arnhem will be considered.
Job requirements
๐ What we are looking for
Strong organizational and communication skills .
Comfortable in a role with variety, responsibility, and changing priorities .
Experience or affinity with legal and regulatory matters (a strong plus).
Proactive, independent, and able to take initiative .
Fluent in Dutch ๐ณ๐ฑ and English ๐ฌ๐ง, written and spoken.
Practical, solution-oriented, and adaptable ๐ก.
