We’re looking for a Project Assistant with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset to support a wide range of activities. From HR and finance support to coordinating internal projects, liaising with external partners, and handling legal or regulatory matters — you’ll be the go-to person for diverse tasks across the organization. 📌 About the job

In this role, you will:

  • Support HR and finance processes.

  • Coordinate project administration and internal workflows .

  • Act as point of contact for external parties 📞.

  • Assist with compliance, legal, or regulatory matters .

  • Welcome and onboard new colleagues 🎉.

📍 This is a full-time, office-based role located at our headquarters in Arnhem, Netherlands. Only candidates who are able to work onsite in Arnhem will be considered.

Job requirements

🔎 What we are looking for

  • Strong organizational and communication skills .

  • Comfortable in a role with variety, responsibility, and changing priorities .

  • Experience or affinity with legal and regulatory matters (a strong plus).

  • Proactive, independent, and able to take initiative .

  • Fluent in Dutch 🇳🇱 and English 🇬🇧, written and spoken.

  • Practical, solution-oriented, and adaptable 💡.
