About the job
This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to develop their career in recruitment and gain exposure to all elements of the recruitment function. You will provide support to the business to deliver a timely and efficient recruitment process.
With previous experience in a busy recruitment function, you will have great attention to detail and will take pride in ensuring accuracy, speed of delivery, and a smooth employer/candidate experience. You'll be professional, confident, and approachable, building relationships of trust across the company while delivering an efficient and high-quality service to staff and managers.
You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates and screening resumes to coordinating interviews and facilitating assessments. Your role will also involve collaborating closely with hiring managers, providing constructive feedback to candidates, and supporting the onboarding process to ensure that new hires have the resources and support they need to thrive
Who you are
You have at least 1 year of recruitment experience at an agency or in-house, or 1 year of sales/commercial experience, preferably in a fast paced environment. You enjoy the commercial side of the job and possess strong communication skills and persuasiveness. You are proactive and results-oriented, with a broad interest in HR and experience with recruitment tools and systems.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Actively search for potential candidates through job boards(LinkedIn Recruiter), social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications to determine their suitability for specific positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Feedback and Communication: Provide feedback to candidates after interviews and maintain regular communication to keep them informed about the hiring process.
- Negotiation and Offer Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare and present job offers to selected candidates. Negotiate terms and finalize employment agreements.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring new hires have the necessary information, resources, and support to integrate smoothly into the company.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Design and Update Job Descriptions
- ATS Management: Develop best practices and processes on our ATS (Recruitee) to maintain a detailed and organized recruitment workflow and continually improve our candidate experience.
- Sales Hiring Strategy: Help in designing and/or further developing the company's sales hiring strategy.
- HR Administration: Keep the HR system updated and assist with various HR administrative tasks. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
Job requirements
Skills, qualifications, and experience
- You have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Experience hiring for a range of profiles, with a focus on commercial roles.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
- Proven expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience with ATS systems like Recruitee and BambooHR is a plus, but not a requirement.
- You are flexible and can adapt to ambiguity, changing priorities, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You possess a hands-on mentality; you are a real go-getter, eager to learn, and have a helicopter view that allows you to work in a structured manner and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to support multiple stakeholders across different time zones.
- Capable of handling issues discreetly and confidentially.
- Strong decision-making skills.
