Job requirements

Your Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Policy

  • Develop, formulate, and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that strengthen the organization.

  • Design and execute strategic workforce planning aligned with business needs and vacancy targets.

Performance Management

  • Monitor key HR metrics, including absenteeism and employee engagement.

  • Collaborate with managers to implement improvements that drive employee performance and satisfaction.

Advice and Compliance

  • Provide guidance to management and directors on employment conditions, labor laws, and employee relations

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, local labor regulations, and best practices.

Health and Safety

  • Oversee health and safety procedures to ensure compliance with standards.

  • Foster a safe and supportive working environment.

People Operations & Employee Relations

  • Manage people operations, ensuring HR processes align with company goals.

  • Handle complex employee relations issues with professionalism and fairness.

  • Support recruitment efforts and contribute to talent acquisition strategies.

Your qualifications

  • A higher professional or university degree in HRM, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a comparable field.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a strategic HR function, including management experience.

  • Strong experience in a startup or scale-up environment, having built HR frameworks from the ground up and managed company growth.

  • Deep knowledge of employment law, HR strategies, and organizational development.

  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and systems.

  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
