In this role, you will:

  • Support HR and finance processes.

  • Coordinate project administration and internal workflows .

  • Act as point of contact for external parties ๐Ÿ“ž.

  • Assist with compliance, legal, or regulatory matters .

  • Welcome and onboard new colleagues ๐ŸŽ‰.

๐Ÿ“ This is a full-time, office-based role located at our headquarters in Arnhem, Netherlands. Only candidates who are able to work onsite in Arnhem will be considered.

๐Ÿ”Ž What we are looking for

  • Strong organizational and communication skills .

  • Comfortable in a role with variety, responsibility, and changing priorities .

  • Experience or affinity with legal and regulatory matters (a strong plus).

  • Proactive, independent, and able to take initiative .

  • Fluent in Dutch ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฑ and English ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง, written and spoken.

  • Practical, solution-oriented, and adaptable ๐Ÿ’ก.
